These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with the Osorik application (the “Service”) operated by Decentralised Experience Lda (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis unless we state otherwise.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel a Subscription through your account or by contacting us at support@osorik.com.
A valid payment method is required for paid plans. You must provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge Subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
If automatic billing fails, we may issue an invoice and require manual payment within a stated deadline.
2. Fee changes
Decentralised Experience Lda may modify Subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any fee change takes effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
We will provide reasonable prior notice of fee changes. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new fees.
3. Refunds
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of Decentralised Experience Lda.
4. Content
The Service may allow you to post, upload, store, share, and otherwise make available information such as transactions, expenses, invoices, documents, contacts, time records, and related files (“Content”). You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any Content you provide.
By posting Content, you grant us a limited licence to use, host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute it solely as needed to operate and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your Content and remain responsible for protecting your rights in it.
You warrant that:
- You own the Content or have the rights needed to use it in the Service.
- Posting the Content does not violate any rights of others or applicable law.
Decentralised Experience Lda does not verify the accuracy or suitability of any financial, legal, or tax-related Content. Use of such Content is at your own risk.
5. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account, including one-time email codes, GitHub authentication, and all activity under the account. You agree not to share access with unauthorised people and to notify us of any unauthorised use.
You may not use an identity that:
- Belongs to someone else without authorisation

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable financial, accounting, invoicing, and tax rules, including local reporting obligations. We strongly recommend verifying decisions and data with your accountant, tax authority, or another qualified professional.
Decentralised Experience Lda accepts no liability for consequences, losses, or penalties resulting from your use of the Service for financial or tax purposes.
6.1 Invoices and payments
The Service may allow you to create, send, and manage invoices and to share them through public client links. Decentralised Experience Lda does not verify the legal, tax, or regulatory correctness of any invoice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of invoices you create or send.
- You are responsible for ensuring invoices meet applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements in your jurisdiction.
- Decentralised Experience Lda is not responsible for payment disputes, failed payments, chargebacks, or customer disagreements.
- Use of any third-party payment provider is subject to that provider’s own terms, and we assume no liability for their actions or availability.
7. Reliance on external services and user-generated data
Decentralised Experience Lda relies on third-party services—including open-banking providers, email infrastructure, authentication providers, and AI models—to operate parts of the Service. The Service also includes data you enter yourself.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Financial and operational data, whether sourced externally or entered by you, is displayed as-is, without verification or warranty.
- Decentralised Experience Lda cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of such data.
- You are solely responsible for verifying information before using it for decisions, bookkeeping, or reporting.
- Decentralised Experience Lda shall not be liable for loss, damage, or liability arising from errors, omissions, delays, misinterpretations, or disruptions in that data.
- Your reliance on third-party data or user-submitted content is at your own risk.
7.1 Bank connections
The Service may connect to bank accounts through third-party providers such as GoCardless and Enable Banking. We act as a technical facilitator of that connection and do not provide banking or payment services ourselves.
You are responsible for authorising those connections, reviewing imported transactions, and disconnecting access when it is no longer needed. Use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7.2 Documents and automated processing
The Service may extract information from receipts, invoices, and other documents, and may enrich transactions using automated systems, including third-party AI models. Those outputs are suggestions to help you organise records. They are not verified facts and may be incomplete or incorrect.
You remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving any extracted or enriched data before relying on it.
7.3 Company registry data
The Service may look up public company information from government and other third-party registries. That information is provided for convenience only. We do not control those sources and do not warrant that registry data is complete, current, or suitable for legal use.
8. Copyright policy
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to claims of copyright or other IP infringement.
If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, email support@osorik.com with:

False claims may result in legal liability, including damages and attorney’s fees.
